Y'ALL. Y'all are killing it with the Winter Wonderland event. The sheer number of reviews and the quality! Holy guac. I'm simultaneously razzled and dazzled by the wonderful reviews I've been left.

I'll give a point to whoever is first to correctly guess either of the team names for our last fight (Gryffindor/Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff/Slytherin)!

I wanted to say that knowing that my reviews (even though they’re literally just me gushing about how great your story is hahah) made my day! Plus your reviews on my AP continue to make me grin like an idiot so thank you! <3 also re: your response to my first review on Icarus, of course I’ve thought a lot about the story. It’s just such a thought-provoking and smart story and I love it <3 can’t wait until I have the time to finish reading (even though finishing is seriously bittersweet)

Ah! Thank you so much for that beautiful rec you left for Forgettable Me, and the stunning review, too! I've been terribly out of the HPFT loop for a bit, but can never stay away for long, and these were such lovely things to come back to! Thank you so much. <3

Title: Icarus Author: @Stella Blue Link: +Click (Mature) Warnings: Eating Disorders, Hate Speech, Sexual Content, Violence, Substance Abuse Reason: This story is simply perfect. Kristin’s alternate version of the Wizarding World is so masterfully created; she has twisted the world that we love into something recognizable but distinctly different, which is so heartbreaking, and has seamlessly woven in sci-fi elements that make this story even more of a delight to read. She writes with the perfect balance of melancholy and humor; I’ve been alternating between laughing and crying haha. The main character, Lily, is compelling and relatable and lovable. My favorite part of this fic is how it really delves into the question of “What if?”, the nostalgia and the melancholy associated with this question, something that I think is a really universally relatable idea. So yeah. Read it! It’s wonderful, one of the best I’ve read on the archives ❤️

Title: When I Go Out With You Author: @Dojh167 Link: +Click [Mature] Warnings: Sexual content Reason: Amazingly funny and unique characterization that is simply on point; wonderfully different plotline; so much "outside-the-box-ness" that the box simply does not exist. Hannah Abbot has simply never been so interesting and you must read it.

Title: a garden of weeds Author: ailhsa23 Link to Story: here+ [Mature] Warnings: sexual content, suicide Why do you think this Story deserves to be Nominated? The writing is absolutely stunning. As I was reading, I kept stopping to reread certain sentences just because it was that good. Also, the voice of her main character is so well-defined and consistent, and all the characters are all imperfect and human and incredibly well-written. I'm going to keep promoting this wherever I go, haha. It's honestly such a masterpiece.

#1. I can look into that. I'm pretty annoyed with how that page renders too. #2. I think we had it set up like that but people were annoyed because they didn't always have the right fandoms selected to show all the right ships. I'll work with @abhorsen. to see if we can work on a better way to do that. So, I recall this being brought up. Maybe you PMed to someone who told me (or PMed me and I haven't worked on it). You can filter by Story Type which gets you the general length but not a hard sort on word count. I'll look into how difficult that sorting is to do.

I have a couple of questions - I think the first one was raised once before but I can't remember. 1) Is it possible to have the reviews you've left show chronologically (like on HPFF)? As is, when I click on the "reviews I've left", they're in some sort of order that I can't figure out, clumped by story, but the one on top is a story I reviewed over a year ago. I'd love to be able to see the most recent reviews I've left on top because I often enjoy reading people's responses, and as it is now, I can never find the reviews I've left, unless I were to specifically search the forums for each story. 2) When adding a new story: I'd love for the ships drop-down menu to be specific to fandom, like the character list is. Right now there's a lot of ships to sort through that often don't pertain to the fandom selected. Thank you so much!
