  1. I know the Dementors affected Ginny and Harry very much. Do you think they might've affected Percy a little although, I can't imagine why?

      I think Dementors affect everyone. Everybody has some unhappy memories, even if it is just their crush not fancying them back or not getting the grade they wanted in a test or a grandparent dying or something.

      And Percy seemed to feel a bit like an outsider in his family.

      I agree that he has nothing to compare with seeing your parents die or being enchanted to seriously injury and almost kill numerous people, but I doubt anybody is immune to the effects of the Dementors.
