  2. I JUST READ YOUR ORIGINAL FIC!!!!  IT'S SOOO GOOD.

    1. MuggleMaybe

      Oh my, thank you! :hug::rose:

  3. My new fic is probably gonna be cliche. Oh well, I'll roll with it.

  4. Thoughts on magical orphanages? I've written one into my fic, but I wanted to know what others thought about it.

    1. Margaret

      I think it's very credible, even probable. Given the wars and the number of arrests and so on, there must be children with nowhere to go. And the wizarding world is quite old-fashioned in some ways, so I can easily imagine it having orphanages rather than foster homes.

      Yeah, that's along the lines of what I was thinking. I have mine est. 1983 and mostly Muggle Born orphans are there at the moment? I have my OC get placed in the magical orphanage when at eleven when she gets her Hogwarts letter. I don't even know if that makes sense...

  5. The Say Goodbye Challenge - Deadline: 2 March 2018

    If it's not to late to join can I give it go? I have a couple ideas for something with Fred or Fred/OC. (which is probably a tad predictable, but hey I need to get myself back into the HP writing game.)
  6. Sorting Ceremony

    “Maggie.” With so many eyes now watching me, I felt suddenly nervous. I hadn’t been all that nervous before, really, because it was just a hat. But now, as I walked carefully toward Professor McGonagall, my mouth was dry. I tried not to think about it… but this would be a defining moment for me. After what felt like ages, I finally reached the stool and sat down carefully. There was a moment where I saw everyone looking at me with anticipation before the hat was placed on my head, slipping over my eyes a bit. The sorting hat has hardly touched my head before it was shouting… “HUFFLEPUFF!”
