I would like to blame @ShadowRose and the B99 references for this. It's been stuck in my head for the last day...

lol storytime i was just at a work thing and someone was singing this and i told him i couldn't not think about the b99 open every time i heard that song and he was like 'what's that?' so i had to explain the entire scene to him and made him promise to look it up on youtube when he gets home because it's like... the best moment of the entire series ?

but as for me right now...

good together - shy martin

aka the song that is at least 80% of the reason there's so much angst in the middle of complex... whoops ?

how do you all even pick a single song? I'm currently listening to Behemoth's new album I Loved You at Your Darkest on repeat, it's so good

but okay, if i have to pick a single track, Soen's Fraccions is stuck in my head and I've been binge listening to the Cognitive album when i take a break from my Behemoth obsession.

Sirius - BUMP OF CHICKEN (all) for @poppunkpadfoot  Keep writing "The Department", Kayla!

We promised that someday, sometime in the distant future,

even if we forgot each other's names, these lights would never go out

Just holding on to this planet that rotates as if it's breathing,

just controlling this body is taking everything I've got

On the far edge of despair, the rock bottom of hope

are a sword and shield of clear thought

Whose story is this? How did this world begin?

Answer with the life that's brought you this far

Choose with that heart, shout with that voice

And don't you let go of what you love the most

At last, at last, I have found you

I have, I have, I have heard you

What freedom I accepted robbed me of the way back

I waited for a while though nobody's coming to meet me

The tips of my fingers touched the faint but certain

radiant voice that was my only guiding light

Reason and meaning have both lost their value

What am I searching for in front of a mirror?

Destroy that gap and welcome me back in

I'm a greedy creature no matter how cowardly I am

Choose with that heart, shout with that voice

Even an unsightly struggle will make you shine

The memory is chipping off from the back

What I picked up turns into sand and falls apart

The tips of our fingers touched the lights that never go out

We promised someday, sometime in the distant past

On the far edge of despair, the rock bottom of hope

the sword and shield in front of the mirror will give you courage

Whose story is this? How did this world begin?

Answer with the life that's brought you this far

Choose with that heart, shout with that voice

Even if you forget my name, call out over and over again

Destroy that gap and welcome me back in

The gazing Sirius, the greedy creature

Whose story is this? How did this world begin?

Don't you let go of what you love the most

At last, at last, I have found you

I have, I have, I have heard you

From wherever and from whenever

I'm back Welcome home
