I'm impressed at how you made story as short as this pack such a powerful punch. I've always been naturally wordy with my stories, so I always admire authors who can manage to keep things short and simple, yet poignant and touching. Please teach me! :p
I feel that this was a very believable depiction of Percy during the battle. Seeeing as he had just returned to his family a mere hours before the scene in question, his hesitation to grieve with his family makes sense. Audrey was so sweet in this instance, and in just those few lines, you've crafted Audrey to be just the type of person Percy needs: kind, intuitive, and not quick to judge.
Side note: I've never seen her written as having attended Beauxbatons before. That's an interesting twist on her character, but I rather like it!
The ending... gah! Loved it! Again, simple, yet heartwarming. Beautifully executed! I love every word in this story. Well done!
