If you are reading something of mine, I'd love to hear what you think in a comment! Muse food, you know.

(For team Chimera and the Poetic Blizzard thingie...though I would have read it anyway...)
Lizzie! How have I never read or reviewed this? It's so amazingly brilliant! And I'm so happy I found it now when it's Christmas time, because that made reading it so much more special.
Gah, I can't tell you how much I love this. You know I love Weasleys, and Molly, and happy, mushy Weasley moments with Molly being all motherly to Harry. And this just hit ALL of them. Right on the spot.
All those reasons Molly lists for Harry needing this sweater just made me cry, and want to hug him, and then be so very glad that Molly does. That poor kid deserved so much in life, and got so little.
Something else I love about this story is the ease with which you write it. It just flows out, naturally. I know you enjoy crochetting and working with yard, and maybe you won't think I'm weird when I say that this story shows that. You write it with a familiarity of someone who has done this before - sat in a chair creating with yarn while your toes curled under a warm cat. And I love that about it.
I also love how Molly knows that she's doing this, not just because her heart aches for Harry, but because her heart aches for his lost parents and what they don't get to give their son. That's a very unique thing to point out and it makes me happy - and sad.
The best imagry is the jumpers as shield - a way to protect her children, who have now grown to eight, when she can't be there.
Brilliant as always Lizzie! Sorry it took me this long to find it! Next time slap me and remind me or something!
So, I COULD copy the review I know I gave this on HPFF and paste it here, but then I wouldn't get to tell you AGAIN how much I love this story. It makes me smile every time I read it. You have such a way with words.
More than that, though, I can tell you wrote this from the insight of BEING a mother to girls. I feel like this is less a work of fiction and more a moment of truth couched in the view point of some fictional characters.
So, when was the first time YOU had the "he's hot" conversation with your girls? LOL.
Fabulous writing, as always!
You know how to deliver on the warm fuzzies. It is a moment within a moment, and probably something that I'll come back to over and over again. Motherhood is a tough gig.
Thanks for your incredible words!
Expect the unexpected.

Can be read as a stand-alone or a sequel to Escape Velocity.
Well, I can't come all the way here, and read it all, and just leave without giving you a review, can I?
I loved it! So much! It's so nice to see Harry finally getting a family, and having warmth and love and light and home in his life. It's not the family I always pictured, but you wrote them SO WELL they just seemed totally real and I can deal with it.
Harry as a dad was AMAZING! I sense a lot of personal experience there, and this tells me that you are probably a pretty amazing dad yourself. It really warmed my heart to see this, and you should know that.
Great writing, great painting of pictures in my head!
He sells his soul to the calling and walks into the fire.
Wow! That was quite the ride! You are SO creative, I wonder all the time where the ideas for these stories come from. And such a cool way to have a creature be born!
I'm glad the team isn't going to expose them, though I do wonder how long they will be stuck on the island, and hope the dragons won't give them trouble.
Also, as I was reading, I couldn't help channeling a little Molly Weasley and going "Charlie, this isn't safe! Get down right now!"
So, where does this fit in book canon? After the series ended? Before? During? Just curious.
Bravo on a crazy, brilliant, amazing story!
