London actress mysteriously disappears in Verona
Miss Chiara Nightingale, 23 years old, rising star of the Morgana Playhouse of London, has been reported missing last Saturday during a leisure trip to Italy.
The report has been filed by her fiance, Mr Remus John Lupin, who's been accompanying the actress in her voyage.
"We wanted a little break from the stress of wedding planning," he's told our reporters when asked about the trip, hardly holding back tears, "just a few days for the two of us in the city of Love."
For our readers who aren't familiar enough with Muggle culture, Verona is well-known all over the world as the setting of the tragic romance of Romeo and Juliet, masterpiece of the famous playwright William Shakespeare, incidentally the role that first gave Miss Nightingale notoriety.
Italian Aurors are hard at work investigating the mysterious disappearence. "All hypotesis are still under consideration," Head Auror Michele Ferrario has declared, but rumours are that their prime suspect is Mr Lupin himself who, it's worth mentioning, is registered as a werewolf at the British Ministry of Magic.
Some members of the wizarding community in Verona seem to have different ideas, though.
"It's been the Montecchi! They kidnapped her! That's what they do, those ruthless murderers!" Mr Agostino Capuleti has confided us earlier today.
Mr Carlo Montecchi, wealthy householder of the rival family, has declared in response to the accusations, "They've been trying to put the blame on us for centuries. And now they think they've found the new Giulietta in Miss Nightingale. That's what actually happened. I can only pray that the poor girl won't receive the same treatment."
Who's lying and who's saying the truth? We unfortunately don't have the answer yet, but we'll make sure to keep you updated on any further development.
