For those of you who don't know, Dares are essentially little writing prompts that anyone doing NaNo can offer up, and any fellow NaNo-er can then claim and attempt to incorporate into their novel, should they feel inspired to do so. There's no limit to how many you can add to the list, nor how many you can claim and try to write about. I'll start us off with a few: -Have a library book play a key role in your story -Have a character pull out a snack in an inopportune moment -Give a character a career you'd hate -Include an aggressive bird -Have a laundry scene Please make sure that if you decide to use someone's suggested dare in your novel that you post below the ones you'll be using as a courtesy.
