A bunch of related one-shots to do with Anne Potter and all of the trouble Sirius Black causes her.
Beatrice Holloway renters the scene in the midst of the Goblet of Fire after traveling the world researching various topics of her interest. She meets our favorite werewolf and there’s immediate sparks flying between them. She never attended Hogwarts because her adopted family traveled a lot since her dad restores and sells magical artifacts and her mother is a magical photographer.
Catherine Xavier-Lehnsherr thought that she was a rather mature, sensible girl. She never argued with her parents over her curfew. She saved up her birthday money to buy herself a gaming laptop. She even didn’t get goaded into a fight by William Stryker, Westchester Prep’s biggest asshole, when he said that girls were stupid.
And then she developed a crush on the wrong person: one of her best friends.

For all their knowledge of all the languages of the world, Aziraphale and Crowley have created one for themselves that only they seem to understand.
Essentially, all the prompts I had to use in "The Heart is Hard to Translate" but fluffier (in most cases), and in some instances, smuttier, and without word count constraints.

Ron and Hermione get a glimpse of what they can be together.
It's like 13 Going On 30 meets The Family Man.

One day, he just scrawled his signature all over Henry’s face, just for the heck of it. The fan whose book he’d been holding had absolutely loved the fact that he’d done so, so a few events later, where more and more fans of the film he and Henry had done together had shown up, he’d done it again, to the sheer delight of the fans there. After that, it had become some sort of joke, just to see how long it’d take Henry to realise he was doing it.

‘You have got to be fucking kidding me.’
Alex stared in horror at the room in front of him. The room which he was meant to be sharing with Henry, of all the fucking people in the world. Because of course they would get stuck in this city, in the middle of a major holiday, with all the roads and airports closed and loads of people being stuffed into the little available hotel rooms, all because of the major snowstorm wreaking havoc.

or, henry and alex get shoved into a room they have to share and there's only one bed and, oh, yeah, they didn't become friends after cake-gate
The whole world knows her name.
He has no idea what his might mean.

"Younger sons cannot marry where they like." - Col Fitzwilliam (Pride & Prejudice)
~
There’s little use in being a gentleman when you’re the younger son of a younger son. In fact, the person with the greatest chance of succeeding around here is Ginevra (if only she’d be reasonable).
But the willful sons and daughter of Burrough House in Devonshire may just find their way with a little nerve and a lot of heart (and some very unladylike behaviour).

All things considered, it is quite hard to run away properly, when your friends can, quite literally, follow you to the Ends Of The Universe And Back.
This is fairly annoying when your friends' primary motivations for hunting you down seems to be to pretend that Everything's Fine Without Him, Really, ruin your perfectly-sweet, perfectly-quiet happiness with a sudden onset of Relationship Crisis, and to sidle you into playing Therapist when your only qualifications for the role are that you were once (sort of; it's a long story) a God and/or have previously given some Exciting News to a random virgin woman and some shepherds, neither of which are particularly helpful.
Beelzebub is Mildly Furious, Gabriel is Quietly Amused: together they're, well, sort of just... Meh about it all?
Christina Finch-Fletchley, muggle, single divorced mother of a four-year-old Quidditch obsessed little girl named Bethany. Enter Oliver Wood, a world famous keeper for Puddlemere United.
Two completely different worlds but they will soon collide due to a series of various coincidences
With Albus Dumbledore dead, Severus Snape assumes the unwanted role of Headmaster, charged with bringing the students of Hogwarts through the rest of the war against Voldemort somehow intact. Severus’s heart tears itself in two, trying to hold on to Miranda Rose, his reckless American fiancée, while still following Albus’s orders from beyond the grave.
Unfortunately, the more he reveals to Miranda, the less she trusts him. And the harder he clings to the loyalties of the past, the faster his future disappears.

For all their knowledge of all the languages of the world, Aziraphale and Crowley can’t seem to articulate just how they truly feel about one another. And then, by the time they do, it's too late.

With everything in life, there is a season. And they are always changing.
Maria Wynstone is mostly content with a quiet life at her family's country estate, but as the daughter of a gentleman farmer, she knows that a few bad seasons can make all the difference to one's circumstances. And Maria has had her fair share of bad seasons in Town, to make her never wish to quit there again.
Arthur Colbourne does not mind the law per se, but an embarrassing bumble in court rattles his confidence to the point where he questions all he's ever worked for. However, when his Uncle Wallace unexpectedly dies and he inherits the estate, Arthur finds himself thrust into a role that he is quite underprepared for, particularly when he meets the daughter of his new neighbour, Miss Maria Wynstone.
Drawn to her quiet charms, Arthur finds himself feeling things he's never experienced before. And when the delightful Miss Wynstone receives startling news about her brother, Gerry, Arthur cannot help but offer his services to help her find the truth of what happened to him. As the hunt for Gerry reaches a critical turning point, both Maria and Arthur are confronted not only for their growing feelings for one another, but also ghosts from their pasts. They must then find a way to move beyond their individual failings, should they want to succeed together.

How do you make sleeping your way through the alphabet acceptable?
Bet on it, of course.
There are Jiangshi corpses on the streets, a statue dancing through the parks, and rumours of Yin Iron and corruption slipping in with the mists from the sea.
These things are normal.
There is a toddler found alone on a boat and burning, a strange man with a red ribbon sits in Lan Wangji's seat, and the Little Apple Twist mocktail now has vodka.
These things are not.
Or, Wei Wuxian returns to Hong Kong and really, everything spirals out of control from there.
Neville reconnects with a former classmate with whom he hasn’t seen in years and feels something more unexpected.

Hermione has read all about those mystery potions in Professor Slughorn’s first lesson. She knows absolutely everything there is to know about Veritaserum, Polyjuice, and Amortentia.
But experiencing that last one in person is a horse of a ginger — er, different — colour.
